Boynton Terrace, Studio and 1-Bedroom Senior Waiting List

The Chattanooga Housing Authority (CHA) Senior Project Based Rental Assistance waiting list for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Boynton Terrace is currently open.

The CHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from September 1, 2023, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, print the paper application.

Once the paper application is complete, it must be either:

1. Dropped off at the CHA central office at 801 North Holtzclaw Avenue, Chattanooga, TN 37404 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
2. Dropped off at the Boynton Terrace office at 955 Boynton Drive, Chattanooga, 37402.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Elderly/Near Elderly (age 62 & older/age 50-61)

It is not yet known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
