Dogwood Apartments, 1-Bedroom Senior Waiting List

The Chattanooga Housing Authority (CHA) last accepted Senior Project Based Rental Assistance waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Dogwood from September 9, 2022, until the earliest close date of October 2, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to open and print the paper application.

Once the paper application was complete, it was either:

1. Dropped off at the CHA central office.
2. Dropped off at the Dogwood Apartments office.

This waiting list had the following preferences: Elderly/Near Elderly (age 62 & older/age 50-61)

It was not known how selected applicants were placed on the waiting list.
