Permanent Supportive Housing Project-Based Waiting List

The Fort Worth Housing Solutions (FWHS) Permanent Supportive Housing waiting list for apartments at the communities listed below is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least November, 2019, until further notice.

Please note: According to FWHS, these communities are, "for individuals struggling with chronically homelessness."

This opening is for the following communities:

• The Reserve at Quebec, 6655 Calgary Lane, Fort Worth, TX 76135.
• Mercantile, 3600 Tanacross Dr. Fort Worth, TX 76137.
• Harmon Senior Villas (age 55+),12801 Harmon Blvd. Fort Worth, TX 76177.
• Palm Tree Apartments, 2625 Race St. Fort Worth, TX 76111.
• The Vineyard at Lancaster 1321 E. Lancaster Ave. Fort Worth,TX 76102.

To apply during the opening period, applicants must be referred by the Tarrant County Homeless Coalition (TCHC). Information on how to get an assessment can be found here.
