Forth Worth, Texas Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

Fort Worth Housing Solutions (FWHS) last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications from June 10, 2024, until June 14, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Alton Park - 2 and 3-bedroom units.
• Avondale -  1, 2 and 3-Bedroom units.
• Campus -  2 and 3-Bedroom units.
• Columbia Renaissance -  1, 2 and 3-Bedroom units.
• Hunter Plaza - 1 and 2-Bedroom units.
• Patriot Pointe -  2 and 3-Bedroom units.
• Pavillion at Samuels -  1, 2 and 3-Bedroom units.
• Stallion Pointe -  1, 2 and 3-Bedroom units.
• Stallion Ridge -  2, 3 and 4-Bedroom units.
• Villas on the Hill -  3-Bedroom units.
• Cowan Place - 1 and 2-Bedroom. Seniors 62+
• Sedona Ranch - 2-Bedroom. 55+

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
