The Fort Worth Housing Solutions (FWHS) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1, 2, and 3-Bedroom apartments at the properties listed below is closed.

FWHS last accepted applications from February 1, 2021, until an unconfirmed date in 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

This opening was for the following properties:

• Alton Park: 2 & 3 bedrooms, 5712 Azle Ave., Fort Worth 76106 
• Avondale: 1 & 2 bedrooms, 13101 Avondale Farms Rd., Fort Worth 76052
• Campus Apartments: 2 & 3 bedrooms, 4633 Campus Villas, Fort Worth 76119
• Columbia Renaissance: 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms, 3801 W.G. Daniels Dr., Fort Worth 76105
• Hunter Plaza: 1 & 2 bedrooms, 605 W. 1st St., Fort Worth 76102
• Mistletoe Station: 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms (8 units available), 1916 Mistletoe Blvd, Fort Worth, TX  76104
• Pavilion at Samuels: 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms, 1120 Samuels Ave., Fort Worth 76102
• Sedona Village (55+): 2 bedrooms, 6101 Old Denton Rd, Fort Worth 76131
• Stallion Pointe: 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms, 9053 Race St., Fort Worth 76104
• Villas on the Hill: 2 bedrooms, 5716 Lincoln Terrace Dr., Fort Worth 76140

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
