Posada de Colores Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Oakland Housing Authority (OHA) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1-Bedroom apartments at Posada de Colores is closed.

The OHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from February 1, 2023, until February 15, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

There were five ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Pick up an application in person at the Posada de Colores.
2. Complete the online application.
3. Call Posada de Colores to request an application.
4. Send a fax to Posada de Colores to request an application.
5. Send an email to Posada de Colores to request an application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was either:

1. Dropped off at the Posada de Colores.
2. Mailed to the Posada de Colores at the address above.
3. Faxed to Posada de Colores.
4. Emailed to Posada de Colores.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
