The Housing Authority of the City of Port Arthur (HACPA) is accepting Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of May, 2019, until further notice.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete an application at the Park Central Apartments Office, located at 8580 Park Central Blvd, Port Arthur, TX 77640. Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
