Valley View Estates Project-Based Waiting List

The Port Arthur Housing Authority (PAHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Valley View Estates from the earliest confirmed open date of August 23, 2023, until the earliest confirmed close date of June 12, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application in person at the Valley View Estates management office.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
