The Housing Authority of the County of Contra Costa Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at The Terraces Senior Apartments is closed.

The HACCC last accepted applications for this waiting list from June 13, 2022, until further notice. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: Applicants must be 62 years of age or older to apply.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application. No paper applications were available.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
