636 El Camino, Colma Veterans Village, Delaware Place, Delaware Pacific, Gateway, Midway Village, Newell, Redwood Oaks, Willow Terrace and Woodland Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo (HACSM) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at 636 El Camino, Colma Veterans Village, Delaware Place, Delaware Pacific, Gateway, Midway Village, Newell, Redwood Oaks, Willow Terrace and Woodland is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from January 19, 2021 until February 17, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person $60,900 | 5 Persons $94,000
• 2 Persons $68,600 | 6 Persons $100,950
• 3 Persons $78,300 | 7 Persons $107,900
• 4 Persons $87,000 | 8 Persons $114,850

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• San Mateo County residents.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
