Light Tree Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the County of San Mateo Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for Studio, 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Light Tree Apartments is closed.

The HACSM last accepted applications for this waiting list from March 7, 2022, until April 4, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

The maximum income limit for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person $63,950 | 4 Persons $91,350
• 2 Persons $73,100 | 5 Persons $98,700
• 3 Persons $82,250

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• San Mateo County residents

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
