Multi-Property Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) last accepted Project Based Voucher waiting list for apartments at the properties listed below since at least October, 2020, until the earliest confirmed close date of April, 2022. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following communities:

• Armstrong Rennaissance 1A- 2 and 3-Bedroom units
• Armstrong Rennaissance 2A- 3 and 4-Bedroom units
• Glenwood Ridge Apartments- 1, 2, and 3-Bedroom units 
• Goodwyn at Union Square- 2 and 3-Bedroom units
• Kingsridge Apartments- 2 and 3-Bedroom units
• Kingsridge Apartments Phase 2- 2 and 3-Bedroom units

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

There were preferences, and they were listed on the application.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, weighed by order of preferences.
