Brady Square lll and Brookland Park Apartments, 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) last accepted Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom Apartments at Brady Square lll Apartments and Brookland Park Apartments from January 22, 2024, until January 23, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Brady Square lll Apartments - located in Richmond, VA.
• Brookland Park Apartments - located in Chester, VA.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received.
