The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) last accepted Project Based Voucher waiting list for 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at Townes at River South from July 17, 2023, until July 19, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.
