Single Room Occupancy (SRO) Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) last accepted Single Room Occupancy (SRO) waiting list applications for Efficiency apartments from the earliest confirmed closed date of October, 2020, until the earliest confirmed close date of April 1, 2022. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.        

There were preferences, and they were listed on the application.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, weighed by order of preferences.
