Staunton and Augusta County, Virginia Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Staunton Redevelopment and Housing Authority (SRHA) is accepting Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of August 17, 2023, until further notice.

There are four ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the paper application.
3. Pick up an application from the SRHA office, located at 900 Elizabeth Miller Gardens, Staunton, VA 24401.
4. Pick up an application from the SRHA office Drop Box outside, at the address listed above.

Once the paper application has been completed, It must be either:

1. Hand delivered to the SRHA office, or place it in the black drop box outside the front doors, at the address listed above.
2. Email it to [email protected].
3. Mailed to the SRHA office, address mentioned above.
4. Faxed to 540-885-5414.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
