Multifamily Program Project-Based Waiting List

The Staunton Redevelopment and Housing Authority (SRHA) is accepting Multifamily Program waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of August 17, 2023, until further notice.

Please note: According to the SRHA, "We cannot yet accept applications for the Multifamily Program through the online portal.  This is due to a software issue.  We are working to fix this problem, and we will update the website as soon as possible.  If you wish to apply for the Multifamily Apartments, please use one of the methods listed below."

There are three ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Print the paper application.
2. Pick up an application from the SRHA office, located at 900 Elizabeth Miller Gardens, Staunton, VA 24401.
3. Pick up an application from the SRHA office Drop Box outside, at the address listed above.

Once the paper application has been completed, It must be either:

1. Hand-delivered to the SRHA office, or place it in the black drop box outside the front doors, at the address listed above.
2. Email it to [email protected].
3. Mailed to the SRHA office, address mentioned above.
4. Faxed to 540-885-5414.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
