The Arden and The Residences at North Hill Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for The Arden and The Residences at North Hill Apartments from September 11, 2023, until September 17, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• The Arden Apartments

• The Residences at North Hill Apartments

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
