Madison Ridge Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Madison Ridge Apartments from September 11, 2023, until September 17, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Madison Ridge Apartments, located at 14806 Rydell Road, Centreville, VA 20121.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
