Senior Residences at North Hill, The Chesterbrook Senior Residences, The Oakwood Meadow Senior Residences and Lake Anne House Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) last accepted Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for Senior Residences at North Hill, The Chesterbrook Senior Residences, The Oakwood Meadow Senior Residences and Lake Anne House apartments from July 10, 2023, until July 16, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Senior Residences at North Hill, 1 and 2-bedroom units.
• Chesterbrook Senior Residences, 1-bedroom units.
• Oakwood Meadow Senior Residences, 1 and 2-bedroom units.
• Lake Anne House, 2-bedroom units.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
