The Fallstead and One University Senior (The Belmont), 1-Bedroom Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Fairfax County Redevelopment and Housing Authority (FCRHA) last accepted Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for The Fallstead and One University Senior (The Belmont) apartments from November 13, 2023, until November 19, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• The Fallstead Apartments- located in McLean, VA.
• One University Senior (The Belmont)- located in Fairfax, VA. This property is currently under construction.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
