The Everett Housing Authority (EHA) last accepted Below Market Elderly 55+ waiting list applications for 1 and 2-bedroom apartments at Lake Woods ll from the earliest confirmed open date of August 8, 2023, until the earliest confirmed close date of May 3, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Lake Woods II, Seniors 55+. Offering 1 and 2-bedroom units.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.
