Madrona Square, 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom Project-Based Waiting List

The Everett Housing Authority (EHA) last accepted Below Market waiting list applications for 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments at Madrona Square from the earliest confirmed open date of August 8, 2023, until the earliest confirmed close date of May 3, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

•  Madrona Square. Offering 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
