The Everett Housing Authority (EHA) Senior and Disabled Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for Studio, 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Bakerview Apartments and Broadway Plaza Apartments is closed. 

The PHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from July 26, 2022, until September 30, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received.
