Evergreen Court and Village East Senior Apartments, 1-Bedroom Senior Waiting List

The Everett Housing Authority (EHA) last accepted Senior waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Evergreen Court and Village East Senior Apartments from April 1, 2024, until April 26, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Evergreen Court Senior Apartments
• Village East Senior Apartments

Please note: "Applicants who are not elderly (62+) will not be placed on the Evergreen Court or Village East waiting list."

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
