Golden Acres l, 1-Bedroom Project-Based Waiting List

The Eau Claire County Housing Authority (ECCHA) is accepting waiting list applications for 1-bedroom apartments at Golden Acres l Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of October 30, 2023, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Golden Acres l- located at 2404 Spooner Ave, Altoona, Wisconsin. This property is owned by Altoona Housing Authority. 

To apply while the waitlist is open, print the paper application.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Dropped off at the ECCHA office at 227 1st Street West, Altoona, WI 54720.
2. Mailed to the ECCHA office, address mentioned above.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
