Fairchild Senior Living Apartments, 55+ Senior Waiting List

The Eau Claire County Housing Authority (ECCHA) is accepting Senior waiting list applications for Fairchild Senior Living from the earliest confirmed open date of October 30, 2023, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Fairchild Senior Living - located at 331 North St, Fairchild, WI 54741.

To apply while the waitlist is open, print the paper application.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Dropped off at the ECCHA office at 227 1st Street West, Altoona, WI 54720.
2. Mailed to the ECCHA office, address mentioned above.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
