The Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (HACA) last accepted waiting list applications for Studio apartments at Poppy Place Apartments from October 2, 2023, until October 22, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.
To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
There were preferences, and they were listed on the application.
Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
