North Bay, California, 3-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Sonoma County Housing Authority (SCHA) last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications for 3-Bedroom apartments at Multiple Properties from July 1, 2024, until July 31, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following properties:

• Alta Madrone Apartments
• Fetters Apartments 
• Logan Place
• Crossroads Apartments 
• Fife Creek Commons 
• Windsor Redwoods Apartments
• The Randall Apartments

Income Qualification

Income limits could be found on the SCHA Income Limits page.

Preferences

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Persons with disabilities
• Seniors (62+ years of age)

Selection Process

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.

Application Method

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Complete an application in person at the SCHA office.
