Kings Valley Apartments Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Sonoma County Housing Authority (SCHA) Senior (62+) Project Based Voucher waiting list for Studio and 1-Bedroom apartments at Kings Valley Apartments is closed.

The SCHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from June 26, 2020, until July 31, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Persons with disabilities
• Seniors (62+ years of age)

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
