Hillside Senior Apartments, 1-Bedroom, 55+ Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Vacaville Housing Authority (VHA) is accepting Senior Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments at Hillside Senior Apartments from January 20, 2024 at 8:00 am PT, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Hillside Senior Apartments - located at 454 Markhame Ave., Vacaville, CA 95688.

Please note: "Units are age-restricted to 55+ years."

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $40,500
• 2 Persons $45,800
• 3 Persons $51,500

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.
