Orchard Maples Apartments, 2 and 3-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Vacaville Housing Authority (VHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Orchard Maples from July 29, 2024, until August 12, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

• 2 Persons $50,350 | 6 Persons $73,000
• 3 Persons $56,650 | 7 Person $78,000
• 4 Persons $62,900 | 8 Persons $83,050

Selection Process

200 selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, by order of preferences.

Application Method

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.
