City and County 1 and 2-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list for 1, 2-Bedroom City and County apartments is closed.

The SHRA last accepted applications for this waiting list from August 24, 2020, until January 4, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Homeless
• Rent burdened
• Family member who is a veteran
• Family member who is disabled
• Live or work in Sacramento County

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
