Cottonwood Meadows Fair Market Rent Near-Elderly/Disabled Senior and Disabled Waiting List

Yolo County Housing (YCH) Near-Elderly/Disabled (55+) Fair Market Rent waiting list for apartments at Cottonwood Meadows is currently open. Applications are being accepted since at least March, 2021, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application, and select the box for USDA Farm Labor Housing. The pre-application is available in English, Spanish, and Russian.

This waiting list may have any of the following preferences:

• Live and/or work in Yolo County
• Displaced by government action through no fault of your own
• U.S. Veteran or the surviving spouse a U.S. Veteran
• Household contains at least one adult member who has worked for six months or is currently receiving unemployment benefits
• Head or spouse permanently disabled OR 62 years of age or older
