Eleanor Roosevelt Senior Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Yolo County Housing (YCH) waiting list for Section 8 Project-Based Voucher apartments at various properties is currently closed.

The YCH last accepted applications for this waiting list from November 17, 2020, until February 28, 2023. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This opening was for the following properties:

• Fair Plaza Senior complex.
• Esperanza Crossing Apartments.
• Blue Mountain Terrace..
• Walnut Terrace.

There were two ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Persons who do not have Internet access may apply at one of the sites listed below, by appointment only:
   1. Woodland Public Library.
   2. Yolo County Libraries.
   3. RISE, Community Service Centers
   4. Yolo County Children’s Alliance.
   5. Yolo County Housing.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It was not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
