Centennial Arms Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Regional Housing Authority (RHA) is accepting Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications at Centennial Arms Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of January 8, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Centennial Arms - is located at 9829 N Street, Live Oak, CA 95953. Offering 1 and 2-bedroom units.

There are two ways to apply while the waitlist is open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Pick up an application at the RHA office, located at 1455 Butte House Road, Yuba City, CA 95993.

Once the paper application has been completed, it must be either:

1. Returned to the RHA office, address mentioned above.
2. Faxed to the RHA at 530-673-0775.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
