Maple Park 2 Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Regional Housing Authority (RHA) last accepted Section 8 Project-Based Voucher waiting list applications at Maple Park 2 Apartments from January 8, 2024, until January 31, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Maple Park 2 Apartments - located in Live Oak, CA.

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open.

1. Complete the online application.
2. Pick up an application at the RHA office.

Once the paper application was completed, it must be either:

1. Dropped off at the RHA office.
2. Mailed to the RHA office.
3. Fax to RHA.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Live/Work/Elderly/Disabled in the City of Grass Valley
• Live/Work/Elderly/Disabled in Nevada County
• A member of the household is a service person or Veteran
• Homeless applicants in RHA’s jurisdiction 

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, weighed by order of preferences.
