Grass Valley Terrace Apartments Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Regional Housing Authority (RHA) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waitlist applications for Grass Valley Terrace Apartments from January 8, 2024, until January 31, 2024 at 5:00 pm PT. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

• Grass Valley Terrace Apartments - located in Grass Valley, CA.

There were two ways to apply while the waiting list was open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Print the application online.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be either:

1. Dropped off at the RHA office.
2. Mailed to the RHA office.
3. Fax to the RHA office.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Live/Work/Elderly/Disabled in the City of Grass Valley
• Live/Work/Elderly/Disabled in Nevada County
• A member of the household is a service person or Veteran
• Homeless applicants in RHA’s jurisdiction 

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
