Uplands Townhomes, 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo (HACP) last accepted Section 8 Project Based Voucher waiting list applications for 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments from July 24, 2023, until July 31, 2023.

To apply while the waitlist was open, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Income limits could be found here.

This waitlist had the following preferences:

• Victims of domestic violence
• Involuntary displacement (Federally declared disaster)
• Transfers from Project-Based Voucher Section 8 units
• Working families and those unable to work because of disability

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
