Mineral Palace Tower, 1-Bedroom Senior and Disabled Waiting List

The Housing Authority of the City of Pueblo (HACP) last accepted waiting list applications for 1-bedroom apartments at Mineral Palace Tower from February 28, 2024, until March 1, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

Please note: According to the HACP "must be 62 years and older, and/or disabled."

There were two ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

1. Complete the online application.
2. Pick up an application in person at the HACP office.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be either:

1. Mailed to the HACP office.
2. Emailed to the HACP.

Income limits could be found here.

This waitlist had the following preferences:

• Victims of domestic violence
• Displaced due to federally declared disaster
• Applicant families who are actively experiencing homelessness
• Single persons who are elderly, displaced, homeless or persons with disabilities over other single persons 
• Families that include a person with disabilities, but not for persons with a specific disability 

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application was received, by order of preferences.
