The Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) is accepting Boulder Affordable Rentals waiting list applications for Tandra Lake Apartments from March 23, 2023 at 9:00 am MT, until further notice.

To apply during the opening period, complete the online application.

The maximum income limits for each household size are as follows:

• 1 Person $52,680 | 5 Persons $81,300
• 2 Persons $60,240| 6 Persons $87,300
• 3 Persons $67,740 | 7 Person $93,300
• 4 Persons $75,240

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not yet known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
