Willoughby Corner Phase 1 Project-Based Waiting List

The Boulder County Housing Authority (BCHA) will accept Project Based waiting list applications for Willoughby Corner Phase 1 from June 25, 2024 at 8:30 am, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Willoughby Corner Phase 1 - located at the southwest of the intersection of 120th and Emma streets in East Lafayette, Colorado.

Please note: According to the BCHA "Phase 1 includes Búho Place (open to those 55 and older), as well as the Sugar Beet House, Peach Tree House Blue Stem Place, and Purple Prairie Place (all of which are open to people of all ages)."

Selection Process

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
