Canopy at Red Oak Park Boulder Affordable Rentals Project-Based Waiting List

The Boulder Housing Partners (PHP) Boulder Affordable Rentals interest list for 1, 2 and 3-Bedrooms apartments at Canopy at Red Oak Park is currently closed. Applications were last accepted from August 18, 2020, until August 20, 2020. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
