Bringing School Home Communities Project-Based Waiting List

The Boulder Housing Partners (BHP) Bringing School Home waiting list for 2, 3 and 4-Bedroom apartments at the communities listed below is closed.

The BHP last accepted applications for this waiting list from November 8, 2022, until November 10, 2022. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following communities:

• Diagonal Court
• Iris Hawthorn
• Kalmia
• Manhattan

Please note: According to BHP, "Boulder Housing Partners offers Bringing School Home (BSH) at five of our apartment communities in partnership with Emergency Family Assistance Association (EFAA) and other partners, such as “I Have a Dream” Foundation of Boulder County. BSH brings together quality, affordable housing and educational opportunities for the whole family. Families living and/or working in Boulder county with children under the age of six who meet eligibility requirements and are committed to participating in educational programming to support their children’s long-term success may apply through EFAA to live in an apartment at a BSH community."

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Preference will be given to local applicant households with a child under the age of 6.

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
