Northport and Manhattan Section 8 Communities Program Senior or Disabled Senior and Disabled Waiting List

The Boulder Housing Partners (BHA) Senior or Disabled Section 8 Communities for apartments at Northport and Manhattan is closed.

The BHA last accepted applications for this waiting list from December 13, 2021, until December 16, 2021. There is no notice of when this waiting list will reopen.

• Northport Apartments has studio apartments (for 1-2 people) or 1-bedroom apartments (for 1-3 people) for adults 62+ or people with disabilities.

• Manhattan Apartments has 1-bedroom apartments (for 1-3 people) for adults 62+ or people with disabilities.

To apply during the opening period, applicants were required to complete the online application. Computers and additional assistance were available at Boulder Housing Partners’ main office.

The maximum income limits for each household size were as follows:

• 1 Person $40,950
• 2 Persons $46,800
• 3 Persons $52,650

This waiting list had the following preferences:

• Living in Boulder County
• Households with an adult who works at least 20 hours per week within Boulder County
• Households with an adult who attends school full-time within Boulder County
• Households with an adult child or parent who resides in Boulder County

Selected applicants were placed on the waiting list by random lottery, weighed by order of preferences.
