The Loveland Housing Authority (LHA) is accepting Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Meadow Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of August 17, 2023, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following property:

• Meadows Apartments, located at 1056 Lynx Ave, Loveland, CO 80537, offering 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom units.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Live/work in Loveland, CO.

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
