Artspace Loveland Lofts and The Edge Apartments, 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom, Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Project-Based Waiting List

The Loveland Housing Authority (LHA) is accepting Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) waiting list applications for 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom apartments at Artspace Loveland Lofts and The Edge Apartments from the earliest confirmed open date of March 8, 2024, until further notice.

This waiting list is for the following properties:

• Artspace Loveland Lofts - located in Downtown Loveland, CO. Offering 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom units.
• The Edge Apartments - located in Loveland, CO. Offering 1, 2 and 3-Bedroom units.

To apply while the waitlist is open, complete the online application.

This waiting list has the following preferences: Live/work in Loveland, CO.

It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
