Affordable Housing, Limited Project-Based Waiting List

The Delta Housing Authority (DHA) Affordable Housing Limited waiting list is currently open.

The DHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from January 18, 2023, until further notice.

Please note: This waiting list is for "households that qualify for the DHA-owned housing".

There are three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Apply in person at the DHA office, located at 501 14th St, Delta, CO 81416
2. Call (970) 874-7266 ext 2 to request an application.
3. Email [email protected] to request an application.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

• Households that qualify for the DHA-owned housing 
• Households annual income must be below 80% of the Median Income (AMI) for Delta County, Colorado.

 It is not known how selected applicants will be placed on this waiting list.
