Creek Vista Apartments Senior Section 8 Project-Based Voucher Waiting List

The Delta Housing Authority (DHA) Senior Project Based Voucher waiting list for 1 and 2-Bedroom apartments at Creek Vista is currently open.

The DHA is accepting applications for this waiting list from the earliest confirmed date of January 19, 2023, until further notice.

There are three ways to apply during the opening period:

1. Print the application available online here.
2. Pick up an application at the DHA office, located at 501 14th St, Delta, CO 81416, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm MT, Monday-Friday.
3. Call (970) 874-8387 from 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday, to request an application by mail.

Once the paper application is completed, it must be either:

1. Hand delivered to the DHA office listed above.
2. Mail to the DHA office.

Preferences have not yet been confirmed.

It is not yet known how selected applicants will be placed on this waiting list.
