Chipley Housing Authority Public Housing Waiting List

The Chipley Housing Authority (CHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of April 12, 2024, until further notice.

To apply while the waitlist is open: Apply in person at the CHA office, located at 1370 Old Bonifay Rd. Chipley, FL 32428.

Once the application has been completed it must be: Returned to the CHA office, address mentioned above from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. Monday - Thursday.

Please note: Be sure to include copies of these documents with your application: birth certificates, social security cards, proof of all income, and photo IDs for all adult household members.

This waiting list has the following preference: Working families.
